Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT+8) on a business day are usually packed the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Standard tracked shipping: about 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- Remote destinations: allow a few extra business days.
- Customs delays: occasionally add time; these are outside our control.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will help you trace it.
Shipping fees
Shipping is free on orders over $79.00. Orders below that amount are charged $4.90. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, the tracking number is added to your order in your account. You can also contact us with your order number and we will look it up.
Customs and import duties
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Address changes
If you need to change the delivery address, email support@open1.top as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually update an order before it is dispatched. Once a parcel is in transit, the address cannot be changed by us.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery estimate. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
